Between press conferences and buzzer-beaters, take time to explore the local food scene that makes Oklahoma City a hidden gem. From beloved hometown staples to chef-driven hotspots, these restaurants bring the same energy and creativity you’ll see on the court.

The Jones Assembly is a restaurant, a bar—two really—and a music venue. It is also one of the metro’s newest hot spots, featuring brunch and dinner menus. We highly recommend you start any of the meals with the scratch biscuits, and while you’re at it, get the deviled eggs, too. The kitchen at Jones is massive, so they have plenty of space to make everything from scratch, which means they have a pastry chef in house to make those biscuits. Oklahomans are serious about biscuits, and so that locals love them should be all the reassurance you need.

Located in Bricktown, this upscale spot has been a go-to dining destination since 2000. Named after the legendary Oklahoma ballplayer, the restaurant features a chef-led menu focused on prime steaks and a wine list of nearly 500 labels—highlighting California vineyards.

Just a block from Paycom Center and Scissortail Park, FLINT serves modern American cuisine. Enjoy award-winning wines in the main dining room, bar, private dining area or on the patio—perfect before a game or downtown event.

Vast

This fine-dining restaurant offers sweeping city views from the top of Devon Tower. As OKC’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant, Vast is known for locally sourced ingredients and exceptional service. It was named one of OpenTable’s 100 Most Scenic Restaurants in the U.S.

Located in the West Village District, Mary Eddy’s serves Italian-inspired dishes with signature cocktails in a stylish, relaxed setting. The restaurant honors the legacy of Mary Eddy Jones through its welcoming service and bold menu.

A staple in Stockyards City since 1945, Cattlemen’s is famous for its steaks, lamb fries, house-made desserts, and signature salad dressing. This historic eatery has been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and DivesMan v. Food, and more.

Also in Stockyards City, McClintock’s channels the charm of a Western saloon with a 50-foot oak and brass bar. The locally owned steakhouse serves a chef-crafted menu in a richly detailed setting.
